This is the official website of the Ann Catherine Cross School of Dance, founded by Ann Catherine Cross in 1981. We have been providing quality dance and theatre education to children and teens of all ages for over thirty years, and continue to produce real results. We are an independent family-owned business with a diverse faculty of college-educated professionals who are committed to your child's progress and development. We are truly the premiere dance education facility in the Greater Richmond area.
We promote not only physical excellence, but academic excellence as well. The dance studio is an opportunity to learn about yourself, and a great place to learn from others around you. Students at ACCSD are always willing to help and support each other in the classroom, and no bullying or rude behavior is allowed. At ACCSD, we are constantly challenging the children to find new ways of solving problems and thinking outside-the-box. We have high standards for ourselves and for our students, as well as a lot of compassion and genuine desire to push them to the next level.
We enjoy the process of introducing new students to dance and performing arts, and we encourage you to go out on a limb and give it a try!
