Dress Code policy

All students will be required to purchase their dance wear from our dancewear provider, Dancewear Solutions. Specific items by class are listed below.

Please purchase all items exactly as they are listed for your dancer’s class. Do not purchase any other outside dancewear. Dancewear that is not listed on our dancewear page is not permitted in class. This is to ensure classroom and stage consistency as well as quality of dancewear for all dancers.

Leotards

At ACCSD, our leotard dress code is based on the day of the week on which the class is held. Please reference your dancer’s schedule for the days of their classes, and use the list below for your purchases. The colors listed below are specific colors available from Dancewear Solutions.

Leotard Colors:

Monday - Black
Tuesday - Navy
Wednesday - Indigo
Thursday - Black Cherry
Friday - Electric Purple

Dancers in Creative Movement Classes will NOT use the above color guide. Please reference the drop down menu for Creative Movement for leotard information for your dancer’s class.

    *Dancers enrolled in a class with pre-pointe or pointe should wait for instructions from Ms. Autumn regarding securing pointe shoes.  Once more information is shared direct from Ms. Autumn, dancers will need to be fitted for shoes at Ellman’s Dance Boutique.  Families will call Ellman’s to set up a pointe shoe fitting and families should communicate fittings with the ACCSD studio office before attending.
