ACCSD continues to work to build a comprehensive dance program to serve the needs of the Mechanicsville and Sandston communities, as well as our competition company dancers! Our newly renovated Sandston Location offers over 2100 square feet of dance space! The opportunities for education and performance are unmatched at ACCSD!

ACCSD has two locations, one in Mechanicsville and another in Sandston. Both of our studios are within 15 minutes of each other. Dancers may enroll in classes in one or both locations.

Dress Code:
All students will be required to purchase their dance wear (leotard, tights, biker shorts and shoes) from the school.
This ensures that all students will have the same attire for the classroom and performances.
Dancers attending Ballet should wear leotard, pink tights, pink ballet shoes, and hair in a bun
All remaining classes require a leotard, bikers, or approved leggings or dance pants.
Dancers attending a combo ballet/tap/jazz class will need both ballet and tap shoes
All dancers should have hair secured and pulled up and out of face during classroom instruction

Class Tuition
Prices are billed monthly, and calculated based on how many hours of dance instruction per week the student receives. For example, if a student takes 3 hours per week, the total tuition in full would be $185 per month.
Tuition includes 34 guaranteed weeks of class. The full season includes 36 weeks of scheduled classes to account for possible inclement weather or other unforeseen cancellations.
